​Animation is another form in whoch to show a person a story.

 

2. What type of animation is used in the book 'The Illusion of Life'?

The type of animation used in the book "The Illusion of life" is Flip book.

 

3. The book The Illusion of Life uses 'inbetweens'. Please explain what inbetweens are.

Inbetweens are what is imbetween each important scene.

 

4. Why is the traditional form of animation (using inbetweens), so time consuming?

It takes a long time because the artist has to draw every single image.

A normal video has 24 frames per second.

The most comon form of animation is computer generated animation.

The persistence of vision suggests that the human brain still registers an image a fraction of a second after it has gone thus creating the sense of motion.

 Illusion of movement is when we think something is moving but it is still

 

The three different types of animation.

1. Traditional animation does not use technology. It is usually an animation called Flipbook. This uses a book, pencil and rubber.

3. Stop motion animation is when you use a camera and take pictures. In each picture you change the position of the thing in front of the camera. It is a common animation and is used in TV show and movies.

5. Computer generated imagery is when you use a computer software to create an animation. This is the newest form of animation. The Software used can be simple like pivot or complex like ones used in Movies.
